BODY SCULPT
Taught by Eva, this class is a full body workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to build strength, burn calories, and work all your major muscle groups.
Class times: Monday & Wednesday at 8:45am
Duration: 45-55 minutes
Equipment needed: light to moderate dumbbells







CARDIO & CORE
Taught by Eva, a traditional cardio conditioning and aerobics class combined with abdominal exercises.
Class times: 8:45am every other Friday

CIRCUIT 30
Taught by Terry, this FUN full body workout class consists of intervals of cardio and strength using circuits or "stations" where you cycle through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with very short periods of rest in between each circuit.
Class times: Monday at 5:45pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:45am, Saturdays at 9:45am
Duration: 30 minutes
Equipment needed: light to moderate dumbbells, a mat
CYCLING 30
Taught by Terry, this 30 minute indoor cycling is a low impact choice for cardio using a stationary bike with a high power, fun playlist. Low impact doesn't mean low intensity though! Challenge your endurance with amazing instructor led rides to the latest hits! Extra fun fact: Terry has done BMX since childhood so his love of riding bikes definitely shines through!
Class times: Mondays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 8:45am

FIT-BALL 30
Taught by Brandi & Terry, this 30 minute strength class consists of exercises using a stability ball/fitness ball for a full body workout with focus on increasing core strength, stability, range of motion, and overall balance.
Class times: Tuesdays at 8:45am & Thursdays at 5:45pm
Duration: 30 minutes
Equipment needed: a stability ball appropriate for your height, light to moderate dumbbells, a mat
STRONG NATION™ 30
Taught by Brandi, this is a revolutionary high intensity workout where every move is synced to a beat, pushing you harder to give it everything you've got and then some! This HIIT class takes bodyweight and martial arts training to a whole new level using the science of motivation music. Work every muscle, feel the after-burn, and get stronger, faster. This is NOT a dance class.
Class times: Wednesdays at 5:45pm, Weekend On Demand
Duration: 30 minutes
Equipment needed: a mat
TABATA
Taught by Brandi, this class consists of intervals of cardio and strength using the Japanese-inspired Tabata programming of 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds or “sets.” This high intensity interval training burns tons of calories and keeps your heart pumping!
Class times: Tuesdays at 5:45pm
Duration: 30-40 minutes
Equipment needed: a mat, light to moderate dumbbells
TOTAL BODY STRETCH
Taught by Miranda and Brandi, a complete full body stretch class that will include gentle stretches, yoga stretches and athletic stretches.
Class times: Mondays at 10:30am, Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Fridays at 12pm
Duration: 45 minutes
Equipment needed: a mat, any desired items for comfort such as pillows or blankets



ZUMBA®
Taught by Brandi & Joann, Zumba® is one of the most popular dance fitness workouts! Burn tons of calories while having fun dancing to the energizing Latin & international rhythms and music! Zumba® is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you take a class.
Class times: Mondays at 12pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm, Weekend On Demand
Duration: 45-60 minutes

ZUMBA® GOLD
Taught by Brandi, Zumba® Gold is a slower paced and low impact Zumba® class that's great for beginners, older active adults, kids, and anyone in between who just wants to dance!
Class times: Wednesdays at 12pm

ZUMBA® TONING
Taught by Brandi, Zumba® Toning is Zumba® class that uses of weighted toning sticks to define the upper body while adding more fitness variations to the choreography.
Class times: Fridays at 10:30am
